Madrid Tower is the third and newest built tower of Sta. Lucia Residenze, the Mediterranean themed complex at Marcos Highway corner Felix Avenue in Cainta, rising 25 floors above the iL Centro retail podium across from Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. Developed by Sta. Lucia Land, it mixes furnished condotel units with regular residential condos and reached completion around 2024, with some broker material citing ready for occupancy dates into 2025.

The development
