Use this form to ask BalayHub to remove a listing or a user profile that infringes your rights, breaks Philippine law, or violates our Terms of Service. Every submission is logged with a reference ID and is reviewed by a human admin.

When to use this form

  • Someone is posting your property without authorisation.
  • Photos, text or trademarks copied from another site or your portfolio.
  • Suspected RESA violation (e.g. someone claiming to be a broker without a PRC licence).
  • Fraud, scam, or content that endangers consumers.
  • Any other unlawful or rights-infringing content.

We treat each report seriously. False or abusive reports may result in your IP and email being barred from the form.

How we handle requests

  1. You submit the form. We send you a confirmation email with a reference ID.
  2. Our admin team reviews the claim and contacts the seller if needed.
  3. If the claim is substantiated, the listing/profile is taken down. We keep the audit trail for the duration of any applicable statute of limitations.
  4. You receive a follow-up email with the outcome.
