One PonteFino Tower

Batangas City got its first mid-rise mixed-use condominium with One PonteFino Tower, a 10-storey building by PonteFino Estates launched in 2015 along Gov. Antonio Carpio Road in Barangay Gulod Labak. It stands next to the PonteFino Hotel inside the PonteFino Estates township, and it is now ready for occupancy, with the developer reportedly listing only three units left as of mid 2026.
